Glossy or Matt?

Just wondering what people's opinions are on Macbook screens.....

Do you have glossy or Matte? What are the pro's & cons?

I've got a MacBook with a glossy screen and love it. I use it in many locations, and really haven't noticed any problems with reflections.
 
You can't go wrong with the HD glossy screen :D

I've had both and prefer it over the matte, anyday.
 
glossy = bling
matte = accurate

If you're not doing critical manipulation that involves extremely accurate color rendering methinks you'd like glossy better.
 
I have the glossy screen and love it. It does however have slightly more glare reflection than the matte.

So if you expect to be using it when it has a window behind you then go matte. Otherwise go glossy!
 
I just ordered a matte MBP. Haven't looked specifically at the Apple screens in person but read enough and have used a matte for years. The few glossies I have seen and used are hard to use in a room with a lamp because of reflections etc.

My iMac (that is now sold!) is situated opposite a window, the reflections just aren't an issue.

I based the decision to get a glossy after I saw someone using the glossy and fell in love with it, the HD resolution just made it even better.

*I miss that MBP*
