Hi All

On my Nexus S when i send an email through gmail it goes fine, when i then go onto my pc later on and into outlook to get emails it pulls my sent emails into my inbox. So whatever i send on the phone from my mail account i get them all in my inbox on the pc, which setting stops this?

Sorry this should be in mobiles, posted in wrong place

Sounds like a possible problem with your Outlook setup, not the phone, although I'm happy to be corrected!

Are you sure you're looking at the Inbox in Outlook, not 'All Mail'.

It sounds as thought Outlook is pulling them off the mail server.

To stop this in Outlook 2010 go to Account Settings, change account, internet e-mail settings, advanced, then under delivery check the leave on server box. It should be similar for previous versions of Outlook. You can also decide how long you can leave them there.

Hope this helps.

Except that should only be the case if your account in Outlook was configured to be POP3, which if it was, would be mental. It should be IMAP, given Google has folders and such on the server side.
