Has anyone been before, how did you find it? im going to the one in Thetford tomorrow and just wondered if anyone else has done it before and how they found it!

They're great fun. Went to one in the forest of dean and it was awesome.

Only complaint was they wouldn't let me go round again!

It's great fun. I've been to the ones at Delamere Forest (twice), Buxton, Grizedale (Lakes) and Cannock. The big Tarzen Swings still make my ass twitch! :eek:

Try to land the zip slides on your feet - a woodchip enema isn't nice!

jumping zipwire is great fun!! most of it is really easy! just follow safety instructions and all everything is sweet.

It's awesome, although there was one part where my girlfriend was crapping herself - the flowers that had been placed on a bench directly underneath the ropes didn't help :\

It is good fun, gives your upper arms a good workout as you try to hang on.

Oh and you get overtaken by little kids who have no fear!

The Go Ape there is great and the High lodge site in general really. You'll have a grand day out
