I remember a 14 year old me trying to get a chieftec dragon full tower back (all time classic) home from work, some 16Kg of case plus the packaging

Try adding a phasechange unit + 3 rads, then it starts to get awkward to move around as i found out. :) Them chieftec cases were pretty solid.

This 8pack case is nuts, i wonder how much it weighs when all the rad slots are filled up, would be quite amusing turning up to a lan with it though lol.

Chippy remove the 8 from your name you don't deserve that number!!

Read the original post!! Massive changes.

Check any case with these kinda features, build and water cooling support this case represents good value.

It's closer to the D666 in size but it's even larger, the exterior panels are redesigned, roof rad mounts redesigned, it has much more watercooling capacity and it has a dedicated dual pump mount.

If you'd read the OP then you probably wouldn't have had to ask.

Very nice case I must say - my worry is that once filled with all the rads, water etc it would be so heavy I would need 8Pack to help me move it or get air out etc.
I am only a small wee feller tha knows.

Mark

Forgot to mention - do want. 2nd hand caselabs case anyone Lol

Amazing, love it. So much radiator capacity in that beast. Who needs caselabs when you can get this now :D

I have the Lian Li PC-05SX and PC-07S which have the same finish I expect. Usually not that easy to scratch but when I did I used Birchwood Casey Aluminium which did a great job of blending the scratches.

This case has thicker aluminium than standard Lian li cases too around 1mm thicker to add to its robust nature.

Great looking case, and nice to see a black painted interior. I'm a big fan of Lian Li's after owning a couple. Only niggle I had was that they were bare aluminium inside. Build quality wise they're amazing.

Aluminium nice choice if only you had a giant bath of iso 99% you could clean it years down the line and have a brand new case, Frankly my current build is the last time i use plastic. Slamepad K65 Lian Li will be to name but a few of the aluminium goodies.

^^^ This is ofcourse personal taste and I like Caselabs. I still offer a Supernova in Caselabs for those who ask. Its not a problem for me to build in that Case.

But for this spec of case if you did use Caselabs it would be a couple of hundred pounds at least more maybe even three hundred. You have Import Duty to pay on importing the Caselabs and also payment for each Radiator mounting bracket and flex bay as well as ofcourse the case its self.

Ian, get OcUK to check then, because PC cases should not have any import duty, it should be at a zero rate.
