We've all seen a thread or two on this before:

Firstly, there is a clique on the forum, but that's natural. People get on, people try to fit in; It's only natural people speak to each other at meets, off the boards, other forums, msn etc.
Secondly, any emails which are agressive towards you should be reported. By not naming and shaming people, you have not gained any thing from this thread.

I don't have a problem with you dmpoole, never had. We've had a few little chats here and there and I appreciate your opinion, like I appreciate the vast majority of people's opinions. I don't look out for your posts, but then again I don't look out for any ones posts, but when I do read them, they come across well.

I do think how ever you are over emotional on this (the same can be said for me, I'm an emotional person - but I've learnt to seperate it). Of course you didn't deserve the email, but I don't really know what you are trying to achieve by posting this thread.

I'd give you the advice of; Post what you want to post, without fear or reprisal. You'll enjoy your time a lot more around here if you follow that advice.
 
just looks like hes highlighting some of the ******* on here to me.

the people doing it are probably the same people who forced out some of the other members who contributed greatly to the forums

I'm not familiar enough with your posting style to comment on it - so I won't.

I can't really see the point in this thread tbh, what exactly did you hope to achieve by starting it?

I've been a member here for about 4 years and in that time I've managed to wind up a few people and a few people have wound me up but at the end of the day, it all comes down to difference of opinion - c'est la vie.

People won't always like what you have to say and you won't always like what other people have to say - that's the way of the world. If it bothers you, either change your posting style or live with it. I certainly wouldn't change the way I post, so I will probably continue to wind the odd person up. It is rarely my intention to do this deliberately but it happens and I sometimes get some grief. If the e-mails upset you, forward them to the mod team and let them deal with them.

You have more life experience than I do, so I'm sure you can cope with it :)

Now, forget all this self pity and tell us all what we really want to know......

No offence to you, but I guess from reading past posts by you I already have a negative thought everytime I see a post or thread by you.

Strange, because I can't remember what it was from... yet it's definetely not friendliness I'm feeling.

I don't really understand why to be honest...
 
It's the internet, where the majority of messages are spam and where most of the things you see from Japan are disgusting.

Don't take it seriously.

It could be worse, it could be FYAD.

Dear God, its an internet forum, with an Ignore function that works well, not to mention nobody puts a gun to your head to browse here!

Many things in life can be intimidating, a web forum is not on my list!

This thread in itself is a pretty good example. You ask people for their opinion then spend the rest of the thread arguing that their opinions are wrong.

Personally I don't mind you too much, but meh.

When you can keep a solid 4/4 absolutely in time and powerful over the guitars of Let It Be Rock for 10 mins without flailing, I might consider you.
The majority fail.

Anyway, in 1 hour I take 25 x 16 year old girls down to London so if anyone wants to meet up at The Tower Of London this morning or Tutenkhamuns Exhibition this afternoon and console me, I'll be there.

When you can keep a solid 4/4 absolutely in time and powerful over the guitars of Let It Be Rock for 10 mins without flailing, I might consider you.
