Decided I want to try making one, anyone got a good recipe?

Goat + Curry???

Goat + Tikka = Goat Tikka
Goat + Korma = Goat Korma
Goat + Rogan Josh = Goat Rogan Josh
Goat + Bhuna = Goat Bhuna
Goat + Balti = Goat Balti
Goat + ANY curry flavour = Goat Curry..

I was after something more Jamaican I cook curries on a regular basis and wanted to try something different.

Here you go, if you don't have dried chillis, stick some fresh ones in the oven for a few hours at like 50c

I'm gonna try that recipe with mutton actually... But what are garlic clothes and why would garlic be wearing them?

I cooked this at the weekend (with mutton rather than Goat I admit) and can reccomend. the smell of the curry blend is out of this world

Cannot see this due to work being rubbish... But I'll check it out later, just gotta find me some good goat.

I'm picturing a goat's head on a pentagram-shaped bed of rice, accompanied by its four cloven hooves, delicately spiced and set aflame.

Interesting, because that's exactly how i'm planning on serving it...
