Well i've been noticing this for a couple of years but now its just ridiculous....

I usualy shave my head because im going bald,i dont really care about it i've always had short hair and never been into having fancy hairdoo's so its no loss to me:D

But now what im noticing is when it starts to grow back in the hair at the front of my head on the right side above my ear/on the temple is just vanishing, really thin,it almost looks completely bald now LOL:eek: it goes almost all the way down to the sideburn area too.

I've noticed that i have like a line in my hair all the way around my head,it starts above the sideburs and goes all the way around to the back of my head/neck and all the hair below this line is thin and above its much thicker. its like this on both sides but one sides worse.

I've never seen anybody with hair this way before, its been like this for years but this almost toaly bald patch is just even more weird to me,wtf is going on? Should i go to the doctor about this? People must look at my head when its got noticeable hair and think wtf is up with that dudes hair LOLOL:D

Are you a monk?

On a serious note there's no harm in going to your GP if you're concerned.

That's what they're there for, to work out what's wrong or to tell you there's nothing to worry about.

LOL,its like the monk, but instead of the hair being missing at the top its the other way around:eek: Dissapearing from the bottom up and on my right temple its basicly just a big patch almost gone and really thin. Also im 27 and i think i have a hell of a lot of grey hair for my age, think somebodys spiked me with some polonium 210 lmfao:p

on a serious note,im gonna be going to the docs i just think this is weird and doesnt seem like male pattern baldness to me,maybe im wrong.

WTF!? Do i just slap this all over my head or make a sandwich with it?

You put it on the balding spot. It has something in it that reacts with your hair follicles and it should make your hair grow back.

It's also good to thicken your hair if it's getting thin anywhere.

Could be Alopecia as above, I started going bald, not all over, but it was about the size of a golf ball around the back of my head near my ear, quick trip the docs they gave me some cream after about a month of using it, it grew back (could have been mustard in a tube :p, although it didn't smell like mustard).

I suggest going to docs to see if it's treatable.

I think it was down to stress, at the time I was in a difficult part of my life, job stress and splitting up with an ex I was with for 4-5 years, but it could have appeared from something completely different, I do not know, never really looked in to it in great detail.

+1 for alopecia. I had a 2 inch circlular bald spot on the back of my head for a few years due to stress. I got it tattoo'd. Hair grew back when I changed jobs.

In short, slap it on your head. A few members claimed this doesn't work but far more have shown that it does in a thread circa 2007. It's been pruned now sadly, but it did work (many people showed before and after pictures). There has been quite a lot of research on the regenerative power of mustard seeds in the last 20 years.

Who would have known, the power of mustard

What it contains

Mustard seed oil is thought to help to stimulate the scalp to promote hair growth (see References 1). It contains extremely high levels of zinc and selenium. It is said that if the body has a lack of zinc or selenium, hair loss is more likely. Mustard seed oil also has a lot of beta carotene and is a good source of vitamins and nutrients, which help nourish your scalp. Beta carotene is converted into vitamin A, which helps normal hair growth by protecting hair fibers and promoting a healthy scalp.

Nutrition

Hair loss is a side effect of poor nutrition. Without the proper nutrition, your body has to find a different way of feeding itself, so nutrients are diverted from the scalp. Mustard seed oil has a healthy level of Omega-3 fatty acids, which help hair grow. Omega-3 has alpha linolic acid (ALA), ecoisapentaionc acid (EPA), and docosahexaenioc acid (DHA), which assist the hair in being fully nourished by feeding the follicles that help stimulate growth, as well as shine (see References 2). Mustard seed also has iron, calcium, niacin, manganese and traces of magnesium. These nutrients help the follicles stay healthy.

All I have to say is that I feel for the man that discovered mustard for growing your hair back, he got so desperate about loosing his hair he had to put mustard on his head!
