bend your left arm at the elbow and place your left hand on your waist

bend your right elbow with your lower arm going upward and allow your wrist to go limp

wear a pair of tight trousers and a white vest and swing your backside as you walk

grow a moustache

you won't get much camper than that :p

Take plenty of beer. And some disposable barbeques, with bacon, sausage & bread. Awesome brekkie.

Whatever you do, dont forget the beer.

I hope you're not going to the Scottish highlands, the rescue teams there are overworked already rescuing people who underestimate just how cold and hostile an environment it is. It's cold up here and will only get worse, driving rain, strong winds and snow on the hills.

I doubt it's much better in England or Wales either!

Thanks for the advice. Although we are only camping in a large forest in Tamworth! The guy im going with is an ex Navy Seal. Let me rephrase - the only reason im going camping in the rain at this time of the year is because im going with a ex Navy Seal!

Should be good fun i think :D

Thanks for the advice those who took it seriously.

Why would an ex US Navy Seal want to go camping in Tamworth>

On the other hand if he wants to I'm not going to argue with him

Waterproof matches, decent camping stove (and fuel), flashlight and spare batteries (maybe glow sticks for no heat leat and no batteries)

Mobile phone, warm blankets, first aid kit, change of socks, wet feet are horrible.

Hmm thinking about it depedns if you are hiking and want to pack light, or if your are doi ng a survivel type camping thing or doing what I do which is fill up the car with lods of stuff (seats, blankets, pillows, beer, food, change of cloths etc) and eat and drink out in the wilds....

shovel to dig a hole to **** in. seriously, tredding in poo knowing its either yours or your friends is far worse than dogs.

if you can get hold of one.. get a water repellent sheet. so you can tie on to trees, its hard to camp/ survive without a dry spot.

EDIT; dont hotbox the tent. its hard too get out.
