Going for PCIE 4 to PCIE 5

I have a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro which is PCIE 4.0 only had it a couple of months, PCIE 5.0 seem a lot faster but can you actually see this in real world performance is it worth the upgrade

Also Samsung don't do a Pro version of PCIE 5.0 do they?
