going internet free with work need ideas

I'm off somewhere with work for 4 moths with no internet or at least none i can hook my PC up to, need some ideas to while away the days.

Have the following lined up already but if anyone can think of some more that would be a big help. (really liked mercs world in flames not sure if theres another out)

Also any suggestions on a joypad gamepad or whatever there called thesedays.

Ofcourse though, have to be football manager in tow for an extended stay, and the action more you like, command and conquers, the warcrafts, settlers, and the ages of empires.

Personaly id get lost in planetscape or balders gate, or build the most epic park in rollercoaster tycoon ever

Not much choice unfortunately the Falklands doesn't have 3G or at least it didn't last i was there.

not sure i'm into fury creature porn but i'm sure a couple of Tb of normal porn will help while away the days.

GTA will keep you occupied for a while. Maybe Fallout 3 and NV as well. I loved those games and clocked about 500 hours on each one. I know, I'm sad.

Thanks guys, i think i should be able to while away a week or 16 with those, one last thing, can i just get any 360 controller for my rig or does it need to be a "for windows" one? would like a wireless one if they work but max compatibility is the most important thing.
