Not to mention Steve Redgrave, Shannen Doherty, Anastacia among others. It's just something people don't really shout about though.

*Whispers* And me

Really hope the operation all went well for you mate. Look me up on msn sometime.

Just a sidenote: I had my first CT head scan today and they injected the iodine into my vein. I felt my whole body warming up :D(
I remember my first CT scan to check on the progress of my chemo last year; despite the nurses reassuring you that, although it feels like you are going to pee yourself you actually aren't, I still clenched like I've never clenched before when the iodine went it:D

Good luck bledd :)

Great to hear it, sounds like it all went well. No doubt you will fill us in on the details when you're up to it

;)

alright, had a good nights sleep still feeling it a bit, and will update website in the next few days, probably sunday as the mrs is working then

but here's a pic of me now

as you can see, they cut away my stoma (intestine that was going through my skin) and joined it up to the 'jpouch' they made in the last op, which acts as my new large intestine.

have a big feeling of euphoria now :), and now i have a reason to glace at the newspaper once in a while :p

just sticking to a simple diet at the moment, but i should be able to eat anything, the doc said, just dont eat anything dodgy -as in slightly off meat, because it'll just run straight through me!, so no more chippy lane kebabs in cardiff i think..
