sorry to hijack your thread dh, i have a very similar problem really annoying! i've always thought it was my chip not liking the volts but i obviously dont know enough about overclocking the ivy bridge/z77.

i'm currently running 4.5ghz on sabertooth but i always fails prime if i go any higher on voltage any help would be much appreciated
