Going over the usage limit with SKY Connect.

i think for "in certain areas only" although afaik its the exact same connection theres one with unlimited, which costs a little bit more than the 40gb one in the same section does but less than the 40gb "sky connect" does

It's not "the exact same connection", it's over LLU so there's no BT Central to pay for.
I'd expect that to get unlimited you'd have to pay a hell of a lot more than the Max price - ISPs offering unlimited on a BTw service typically want £70-100.
