Goldeneye: Source Beta 4

Some of you maybe delighted to know that Goldeneye: Source is now in it's fourth phase. We're talking more maps, more guns, more characters, better visuals, and a much more stable and solid build. For those of you that are gutted about not having a Wii, this maybe for you.

As a quick review, I'll share some of my thoughts. I've spent a bit of time playing, and it's an absolute blast. All of the music you remember (which is actually excellent), all of the characters (I've been playing as Oddjob! ) and the maps are there too. But the best thing is, that even without all of this epic Bond nostalgia, you would still have a solid, enjoyable first person shooter.

Do i need to install half life 2 for this mod to work?
im running garrys mod, but aint got hl2 installed!

Needed to install Source SDK base 2007, only 126mb tho so thats ok.

Doesnt work, guess u do need hl2 installed.

just installed hl2 and it worked,
played the pyramid map with the golden gun soo much fun love it!

Yup, certainly looks that way. I was hoping that they'd do the single-player element as well.

I read that long-term re-doing single player is something they might do but multi-player only at the moment, for anyone who really wants an SP fix Goldeneye 007 remake is out on the Wii today and has got some stellar reviews (9/10)

Too many cheats, they use wallhacks from css doesnt work all the time, but damn effective close up!

Like u even need to cheat with a golden gun damn!!
