Thanks for the heads up!

Maybe I'll leave the foam in place then, especially as I paid full price for my pair (59 quid anyway).
If on the other hand I managed to get a pair of DR150's for say £35, then I might be more inclined to open them up ;)

Think ill let them get worn in before i decide upon anything. They are honestly sounding 10x better than this morning. (was like "oh" when i first used them tbh, but now im loving them) And from what i have read after a few hundred hours use they get better :D!
