Golf MK 5 Wing mirror

Guys,

Some old pensioner ( bless her ) knocked of my drivers side wing mirror going down a country lane last week . I managed to tape it up and found a replacement from eBay .

Can anyone link me to a diagram of how to remove the old one and replace the new one ? I am sure it's really easy but just need to know how to get to the bolts at the inside of the door ?

I cant, but I am guessing some trim will need removing inside the door to remove the mirror.

Have a look on some VW forums. There will definitely be a guide for wing mirror removal on there somewhere.

Unfortunately, I don't of any good VW forums

But finding it shouldn't be hard. It's just I don't feel like doing it for the OP
