whats wrong with those wheels? my gf's dad has them on his gti, they come off the same company (VAG) anyway so wheres the problem? they look smart on a golf imo, ok lights should be a lot lighter but still look ok..

they look guff, for a start. doesnt help that so many 1.4s out there are running around with imitation ones (and toureg suspension, just to make it look that touch more stupid) too which just cheapens the whole look

Where are the front fog lights on the golf? looks like the headlights switch has the position for front fogs but cant see them on the bumper.

they are built in to the main headlight unit. not quite full on mcdonalds carpark rispek n tings with that

LOL not far off got a 1.4 on 16`s and that to me is the maximum I would go 18`s has got to do amazing things to economy speedo readout and performance

Good price for that model and mileage, however I'd be put off by the wheels and smoked lights...however that might just be me being snobby towards modders!

Built into the headlight unit under the indicator.

No MkIVs have fogs in the bumper from the factory. Any that do have the aftermarket Hella kit (probly a 1.4E with keep fit windows!).

I really like the Hella kit, but apparently they block a bit of airflow to the intercooler so they're no good for the 1.8T
