Only game I play is fifa 11, the odd single player game every week.

Just don't know what is up with me, been a console gaming since NES just cant get into anything, last game I bought was Dead Space 2 and played it for an hour about 3 months ago.

Just cant get into any upcoming game, have BO, Fifa 11, DS2 and a few others, last game that gripped me was Batman AA that I got for £10 but tried a few games but nothing has given me that interest.

Been on a health kick, keeping myself busy in other ways and with summer tend to spend less time moping about, maybe when winter comes will spend more time on it and thats when all the big games come out.

Maybe I need a next next gen console, getting bored of the 360 and once again a new dash is out, I dont care about kinect, just get something new out for console gamers not some gimmick, Just feels stale.

I was all down and not enjoying gaming. Funnily enough I fixed that by playing Batman AA all over again!

Grinning like an idiot and can't wait to get home from work to play some more! I suspect it's a case of it being a quality, well made game with controls that work and great pacing.

Tried to play Assassins Creed Brotherhood and just ended up shouting at the TV and get frustrated.

I'm right into ACB atm.
Chests can I haz your console and games then?

Gaming IS boring as you get older unless you get intoxicated with various substances first.

I'm in the same boat

MGS
Resident Evil
Final Fantasy
COD
God of war
Gears of war
Mass effect
GTA
Devil May Cry
Elder Scrolls

These are the only games I play :(:p

I pretty much only play Call of Duty now, got Portal 2 to play as a bit of a change of scene but after that it will be on to MW3.

It's just your normal gamer cycle. We all go through periods where nothing interests us, I am in one right now. But I know I will be like a pig in mud once again in September when there's something new each week until December.

Pretty much, I played a lot in my teens then didn't game much from the 32x until the 360. I think the 32x killed my love :D

I've barely played a game this year even going back through Hitman. I think it's going to take a new generation to regain some interest. I'm bored of endless samey FPS.

Theres a few games in vaguely interested in but I've stopped playing games I was half interested in on rental. So my 360 hasn't been on in months.

We get threads like this every summer. I only spend an hour here and there gaming during the summer, even if i 'try' to play more i lose interest. For me this is simply because during the summer there are so many better things to do.

When winter rolls around, the weather is rubbish and the evenings are dark the PS3 will get a proper workout again.

Game fatigue, I usually get it a few times a year. You get to a point where the games pile up but you just can't be bothered to play any of them. I've got L.A Noir sitting at home atm but I'm going to wait until tomorrow so I can really sink my teeth into it or it will most likely end up in the pile!

I think this is very true. I find it more of a chore to play when it's still light. Roll on October-February when it's dark by six and the whole evening is better for gaming. :D

^ What he said :) Nothing better after coming home from a freezing cold day at work in the winter.

Summer and it being so warm does not go with gaming at all!
