Reaper has already spec'd you a mobo and RAM in post #15
When are you going to order? I'm sure you know the site does offers both daily and weekly. So what we suggest today could be different to what we would suggest tomorrow.
The XMS3 RAM is much better than the ballistix spec'd in the low cost build. The H67 mobo gives you more features than the H61. A modular PSU isn't going to be cheap, granted it would be nice to have but I'd go with something similar to reapers #15 spec.
You can't overclock that CPU or any CPU on that mobo so adding an aftermarket heatsink seems a bit OTT......unless of course you didn't get a heatsink buying the i3 CPU secondhand.
I would have suggested the refurb'd nvidia 460 for a gfx card but it's not listed at the moment. It's still a very reasonable gaming card and it's CUDA tech assists the CPU when your not gaming. Of course the integrated graphics are fine to get the system built and cover your personal needs as discussed you can add a GPU later.
