Im looking to invest in a good CPU cooler for an AM2, 10-20 pounds. I dont have much room infront of my cpu as the air vent in my case covers it, so a pritty small one would be great. Any help is appreciated.

I'd look at Zalman, Sythe, or thermalright coolers. The ones listed on the OC website state what socket they are for. For sizes you probably need to check manufacturers websites
