Hi all,

A client of mine have just had their host essentially kick them out so we are on the look for a new host.

Personally I'm a Java developer so am not familiar with any good ASP.net hosting companies. The site is using Kentico http://www.kentico.com/, not sure if that matters.

Does anyone know of a good hosting provider and won't break the bank?

Traffic isn't going to be huge (maybe few hundred a day, not many more than say 10/20 concurrent users), so thinking a shared server will be fine.

Just to say that I was a bit nervous with their low prices, but managed to complete a full Kentico migration (site + db + dns) from sign up in under 5hrs!

They went beyond call of duty and extracted my site and imported my DB without me having to ask!

A big thumbs up for TsoHost!

This is the sort of service I have experienced with TSO also.
Certainly put a lot of other companies to shame with the amazing customer support.

Big thumbs up to TSO!

Customer service is good with TSO host but their cluster .NET hosting can be a little annoying. They cache the DLLs so a manual app pool restart needs to happen each time you upload a new dll.

I have also had a couple .NET apps just stop working with compile errors. I think they have sorted this issue out now as its not happened for a while.

Yes, what I particularly like about them is that it's March and they still have snow falling on their site.

looooool! This is true!

Tbh I'm sold on TSOHost, they have done me well and they do go beyond what is expected. From the sound of the forums they are constantly making improvements to the service which is great to hear!
