I'm subscribed to Drive on Youtube, but mainly only because of 'Chris Harris on Cars.' He's a journalist I've only recently become properly aware of.

Wrecks to Riches is quite good. He takes classic muscle cars and beefs them up with modern tech. Calls the Super Muscle Cars. You'll see SMC paint on the cars occasionally. Got his own site (its an actual garage). http://www.barrywhitesrrc.com/ Not on at the min but regularly shown on discovery turbo.

Overhaulin. Chip Foose (and team) rebuilds/customises somones car in 7 days. Literally stripped and rebuilt from bare shell/chassis. Again, not on at the min but shown regularly.

I like Biker Build Off too. Im not particularly into bikes (although I do have my bike licence) but they do show a lot of the actual 'build' part of the whole thing, the machining and facbricating process etc.

American Chopper. As above but more like a drama. I like some of the characters on the show but its more of a entertainment show than about the bikes etc.

West Coast Customs. From the same guys that brought you pimp my ride. Bigger budgets, bigger/better (base) cars, famous clients. They've obviusly done well for themselves judging by there current shop and comparing it to the pimp my ride days. Some people (most?) will hate this show and the cars they make, but some of them look fantastic. Again not on at the min but repeated regularly.

There are others but I struggle to remember what they're called.

Desert Car Kings is ace!

I also quite like Chasing Classic Cars, but I can see it wouldn't be to everyone's taste. :)

I'm really enjoying the 21st season of Fifth Gear that's currently airing on Discovery. They've overhauled the show and it doesn't appear as low-budget as it used to.

A car is Reborn was quite good (E Type). Also watch Wheeler Dealers, American Chopper (bikes), Overhaulin' and The Garage. Probably others but I forget :)

I've watched nearly every single video of his, including the one that got taken down and is displayed as a private video. :o

I don't know what it is about him, the way he expresses himself and the way in which he engages the viewer in a slightly technical yet not boring approach, is very unique.

The Garage is usually on Discovery. It's a shame they only had a couple of series. They do have technical explanations of how the problems occur on the cars too which I thought was a nice touch.
