Good, easy to use program to help me make a model of my room.

Im looking for a program thatll let me make a scale version of my room (on-screen, not irl) as im think of moving it all around a building in a desk.

Needs to be really easy to use and free, but i might be able to get expensive software somewhere???

not sure what you mean by irl but a suggestion is googlesketchup. very simple to you as i had a quick go on it and it seemed like it would allow a lot so sure it would do what you want.
