Good entry level learning remote?

I'm in the market for a remote control to control my V+ box, Amp and AV source switcher thing (the Amp and Source switcher are some cheap-o brand).

I ideally want a learning remote that I can use all these devices on, ideally with some kind of 'learn from the other remote' function for my cheap-o stuff.

Now, i've seen £10 things on eBay and £100+ things from richer sounds. I'm wiling to spend about £50 absolute tops for the ideal remote.

In summary.

V+ box.
Vol +/- buttons to control the amp
'source' button to emulate the button on my AV switcher thing.
Can learn from the existing device remote.
£50 absolute tops, cheaper the better.

Not a user, but I've been doing some digging as I'm in the market for one myself - the Harmony 555 gets mentioned all the time for the £50 range, and often when people are actively looking to spend more.

Like I said, not a user myself but it's one I've been considering buying :)
