When I recently purchased my q6600 I was using a noctua nf12 HS when installing it on to my new cpu I managed to cross thread and total buggered up the brackets you screw the hs on to.
I went out and bought a TT120 as a replacement but didn't want to waste the noctua so thought I see what noctua would do for me, e-mailed their support stating that I'd been a div and broken it not expecting much. To my surprise and delight they got back to me within an hour saying that they had put some new brackets into the post for me. These turned up yesterday with a case badge and a free noctua pen.
Now I might be a bit sad but that made my day, little touches like that always make me look favourably on any manufacturer/reseller.
