Good Folder Sync Software?

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any good of folder-syncing software? There's so many of them I just don't know which to choose and I don't have time to try them all out at the moment.

I just need to sync folders over a network (\\pcname) between Windows XP and Vista, and possibly to a USB pen when it's plugged in.

Any suggestions (preferably <= £30) would be great, thanks in advance.

SyncToy or Robocopy.

Both free from Microsoft.

Another vote for SyncToy, great little utility.

Either of these. SyncToy has a nice GUI for you. Robocopy is more advanced I'd say with lots of features and switches etc.

I use goodsync and find it pretty good, it is paid software.
