City of Heroes is pretty awesome
Agreed. Sure it's quite an old game but the graphics can look excellent and very colourful when there's loads going on. There's very little limited to paying players and it's mostly endgame stuff and a few different powersets. The costume creator is amazing as well and despite all your powers your look never changes. You can also team with others at your level or even higher and you get an automatic, temporary level boost. it also encourages teaming unlike many other MMO's because although the missions are nearly all instanced it also means when in teams you get more bad guys and higher conning lt's and bosses and therefore more XP. I highly recommend it and I'm very sad when i see derivative stuff like SWTOR and WoW being incredibly successful and my favourite MMO of the past 7 years having to go F2P to keep in the black.
