EAC front end, its the best ripper.

Latest lame encoder for mp3 or flac or any equivalent for lossless. you cant beat those combinations

Because I'm a lazy sod and just picked the first free one I came to I use Fairstars CD Ripper, perfectly satisfactory for my purposes as it rips well enough and it is simple enough that I can change parameters around to suit myself.
