Good free registry cleaner?

I wasn't referring to CCleaner per se, I meant registry cleaners in general.

Have never seen a registry cleaner do anything noticebly good to a system, have seen them cause lots of noticable damage though...

What kind of damage? This is making me think twice about ever running one again.

not seen them damage anything but not seen any benefits either. I don't bother.

Destroyed add/remove programs list and general un/installation issues.
Messed up firewall/security centre.
Messed up file associations.

Off the top of my head.
