Good games to play with one hand?

As title really. Have my righ arm in a cast and can't do much so looking for something to pass the time.

there are some controls on the keyboard, but nothing vital

Titan Quest.

It's mainly mouse controlled, you might need to rest your other hand over the number keys for using abilities, but you can just use the mouse although it will be a bit slower.

I dunno, effective RTS makes use of the ctrl+number function a fair bit.
