Good GPU Temp Reader

Im looking for a good gpu temp reader i had a look at the sticky thread above but the links are down

Was hoping someone could recommend me a program

Also a little bit on what temps i should expect to get

my gpu is as in spec

Prob around 70 -80c load depending on case airflow, ambiant etc...
