I have a signed poster which I want framing, where is a good place to get them which are not too expensive?

Just a bump - I'm going to look at that ebay shop but does anybody else have any recommendations for sourcing frames? Preferably inexpensive with a good range of sizes.

Depends how much you want to spend.

Get an IKEA one if its just a half decent frame which is in offensive and contemporary. Something more bespoke obviously needs to be bespoke. The best thing about bespoke is not just you get the frame you want, you also can adjust stuff like:

1 - mount and its size
2 - glass used (there are different ones, from plastic to some glass which has a coating that makes is less reflective thus looks like it isn't there)
3 - completely sealed

If you are spending £50+, go local, I have had frames shattered in transit. I got it and didn't even open it because it sounded of a box of broken glass and sent it back.

definatly go bespoke if you can, if the poster is worth some money i would say get it mounted to keep it off the glass it can get damaged if not, if you need any more info on it trust me as i work in a picture framers :)

Thanks for the help. The prints aren't anything special they're just photos I've taken and I'm not particularly worried about them deteriorating over time. All I basically want to do is get a few of my best photos off the hard drive and onto the wall, which is where I feel they ought to be really because I always feel they are a bit wasted just sitting on the computer.

I noticed some in Tesco the other day which looked cheap and cheerful but good enough. I just always seem to be faced with a compromise when I'm looking for frames - I'll find one which is perfect but the wrong size, or one that is big enough but wrong ratio etc. I suppose you pays you money you takes your choice and this is what you get from a bespoke frame. There just doesn't seem to be a one-stop shop that everyone uses.

I've bought plenty of frames for my A4 prints and smaller from Ikea, but I've never been able to find any Poster sized frames ones. Have you bought one there?
