Good program to benchmark SSD

Just wondering what program you'd recommend I run just once to see what read/write speeds I'm getting with my new SSD?

AS SSD, crystal disk mark and atto, but atto will use compressible data which will show high results on Vertex drives and also slightly higher on other drives.

If it's an OCZ Vertex 2/3 then use ATTO. Also don't run too many benchmarks on the SSD as this has a negative effect on the drives performance.
