Well my system does draw allot of power but still 11.586 on 12V and 3.1 on the 3.3V is just awful no way was my system gonna remain stable like that. Probably would have got better rails from a Q-Tec.

Probably no more than many Seasonic owners. Most likely a bad unit.

Umm, although I should point out that the Seasonic does not like DFI Nforce 4 series of motherboard. Likewise, the Antec isn't on friendly term with some Asus (if I remember right). It won't automatically fail, but there are quite a few reports of those compatibility issues.
