Good support experience with EKWB

Just a post to say that towards the end of last year my two year old EKWB Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB died. Everything still seemed to be working (that I could tell) but it wouldn't cool the CPU (7950X). Contacted support and went through the process of checking things and providing them with the information they required. They confirmed they'd send a replacement. I was pretty slow with responses what with one thing or another but they were prompt with replies except for just before posting the replacement. I had my matx box to use in the meantime so this wasn't an issue but if this was your only machine that might be more of a concern. The replacement was delivered in about four days I think from when they said it was with the courier. Again what with one thing or another I didn't get around to putting it back in the case until last week. Everything works again and looks like a brand new once was shipped as the replacement. I assume so anyway as the box was sealed and all the removable plastic protection was still on.

Anyway, just to say I had a simple and pleasant experience with them and if I had to compress the time taken into just the actual back and forth instead of me slacking off it was about three weeks.

It's good you had an ok experience

Does that forgive the #### they
Got up to previously
Not in my eyes anyway

There's still people on Facebook groups etc
Not had issues resolved from
A long time ago

You had a good experience because your issue was recent. Looks like LM Tek are basically ignoring any and all issues older than August last year and moving on.

Agree with this one. Its also shocking another big UK retailer has become the UK distributor for the EKWB stock and not factored in their previous issues that in 99% of peoples eyes are unforgivable

There will always be good and bad reports from all manufacturers of support.
I find most reports of bad support from ASUS but they still seem to be content creators favourite brand, likely because they have contacts within the company and they sort the refund or replacement out without an issue.
I had a couple of instances of great support from EKWB but that was a while ago. Screws stripped while installing a gpu block and they just sent me a new one out once they got the old one.
