I use a combination of UHS I U3 and UHSII U3. I've yet to compare the two (on the XT1) but I believe the later give a speed of 150mbs (18 Meg a second). What does everybody else use and what do you recommend?

I also use San Disk Extreme or Extreme Pro cards and they always give me what they're supposed to. Not sure you'll see a massive benefit on the XT1 with UHSII cards, the buffer would probably fill up before it gets the chance to dump the data on the card.

From what I gather with my Canon at least. Once you get to extreme / extreme pro bottle neck is buffer clear

I use SanDisk as it does what it says and I've yet to have a failure

I suspect this is the consensus view
