agreed. Visual Studio is the best IDE around imo.

I have used:

Dreamweaver
Homesite
Notepad
Notepad++

+ lots of other ones.

Visual studio intellisense is brilliant.

having said that I still use dreamweaver to break up PSDs in to xhtml and css.. I dont use the WYSIWYG part of dreamweaver before someone stats shouting noob at me :)
 
I have to say, most of the responses here are pretty poor. From what I read, he wanted a simple WYSIWYG editor to load his personal work into a website.

This is not a commercial grade website and will have very low visitor numbers. I personally use dreamweaver for such sites, even though I can write my own html code. There is nothing wrong with it at all.

If you fancy getting into coding proper, then still have a play around first in DW or other. I can't recommend anything other than DW, because it's the 'standard' after all in WYSIWYG editors.
