Good Wireless range booster

Guys

I tried a Belkin range booster but I couldn't get it to auto attached the the Netgear router via the wireless?

Main router in the office downstairs and I want to boost the signal to an office upstairs?

Anyone got any recomendations?

Personaly I've never had much luck with wireless repeaters, Id look at buying a N standard router or consider running a cable

I have not tried these personally, but I know they work reasonably well, and are not that cheap really.

1 Watt? Unless your PS3 is on the 10th floor of a towerblock and the router is below, it's complete overkill. You could achieve the same results by getting a set of directional antennas instead without adding more noise to the 2.4ghz band.

Oh, and 1W is 10x the legal limit here in the UK.
