Goodbye

i lost ten pounds....think it may be down the couch!
On a more serious note i have started exercising and the weight keep on piling off.
Great to hear so many people losing weight and sticking to theyre diets keep up the good work.
I said goodbye to a lot of my fav foods but couldn't give up my digestive biscuits and milk!

Said goodbye to being unemployed. It took a while finding a new job but I've got one now and that's all I really wanted to happen this year.

Would also like to say goodbye to being single this year but I guess I'm destined to be "Forever Alone" :p

Mine Keeps changing due to circumstances:

It was to get rid of my back pain. Continue increasing my fitness then climb Machu Picchu. But that turned into Cancer.

So Cancer is removed. Back to fitness and the climb, oops, no, its spread and I need chemotherapy. So then its finish chemotherapy and regain the massive weight loss. Climb is out the window.

Chemo finished and I need several massive operations. So several months of gradual weight gain and increasing my fitness to pre cancer levels was the goal.

Oh no, more Chemo is possibly needed after for a final blast clean up. Meaning more weight and fitness lost.

Now? it's be alive at Christmas and at some stage of recovering my life back. Maybe find another girlfriend after mine left me mid-treatment.

I win most depressing post of the day award I expect.

My Dad's started that way. Sadly he didn't Win. Wish you all the best and a swift recovery.

Lost weight, got fitter and stronger.
Gave up chocolate/crisps/cake/biscuits/sweets for Lent 46 days
Joined a gym in March, been going 3 times a week.

I never had a new years revolution.

What about beer, cheese burgers and chips? :D

Anyway, thats impressive. I couldn't give up chocolate. :/

gave up smoking, gone pretty well think I've had 3/4 drunken ciggies since quitting, was smoking 20-30 a day so I'm pretty pleased with myself :)

You have my empathy, keep strong & focus on the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark it no doubt is.

Said goodbye to doing lots of rowing training, since the school gym now gets locked after school. Also, I stopped doing quite a few homeworks over the year in general, I think I'm just tired of doing that same old homework slog every day for the past seven years...
I have improved my future by cancelling my gap year (was going to get an engineering placement, but the 9k uni fees put me off), so now I'm just going straight off to Durham next year to do a general engineering course, which I'm more and more excited about every day (As long as I get over hald marks in my Chemistry and Physics papers then I'll have the remaining A's that I need).

Said goodbye to the cigarettes after 14 years of 15 a day. Very happy with that, but have also said goodbye to cycling to work, so may have to say hello to some exercise!
