Your only real option is to do a chargeback against PayPal but then you'll be screwed for using PayPal ever again.

Moral of the story? Don't use PayPal.

Gotta agree with this. Paypal is just another and less secure method (as evident) for someone to fraudulently take money from you.

If it were me I'd do exactly that, chargeback Paypal (if you can) and learn a lesson.
