Google Analytics

I have a Google account which I use for my business website stuff (mainly Google Analytics) and a few weeks ago I went and deleted all of my properties as I wanted to start from scratch but when I try and login now I get the following error message:

Can anyone let me know how to fix this please?

You'll have to contact Google because you've effectively deleted the account admin.
