Google Apps (Mail)

I have a distribution group set up in google apps for a domain I manage. If I send mail to it in the TO: field then it arrives to all recipients that it's supposed to, but if you put in the the CC: field it doesn't arrive. There's nothing in the spam box either.

Any ideas?

Suggestions to what forum this fits into is also welcome

Update: it seems as though the distribution group only works outside of the domain. If you send internally it doesn't work.

Yeah, I can't see any filters or anything which could be affecting it.
