My wife and I both have a Honor 9 Lite phone. After the latest update I decided to reset them so I did a backup and then reinstalled everything. All went well on my phone and it's back to normal and seems to be faster than before.
I reset my wifes phone tonight after doing a backup and reinstalled everything ok. However, I cannot do a google backup now on my wifes phone unless I turn off the pin lock. If I leave it on it just hangs and says waiting to update. My phone also has a pin lock and I can do the backup with it on with no problems. Anyone else come across this? Not a massive problem, just means I'll have to do the backups manually for her.
