Google+ Dead?

facebook will die first imo. facebook is now just things people share of others lives, such as ladbible videos and stupid tests to show what age someone is mentally. facebook has become so un-personal. people's own videos, statuses, the stupid dinner everyone was having that night. these things no longer exist for the most part on facebook like they used to, and each day it gets a little less and less.

google+ wall as it is wont be around for a lot longer, but as i understand it, google+ is an account that is used for google services. so gmail users, android owners, youtubers will also have a google+ account and it'll go on for a long time, however people just wont share personal photos on the google+ wall.

I agree with what you say about facebook. The only reason I use mine is so I can look at funny videos and pictures. Hardly any of the people I knew post there anymore. The next big thing is Instagram, which pretty much everyone I know uses including my mother

There is too much advertising and marketshare invested in Facebook for it to die at any point. That and the fact seems nearly everyone is on it.

I remember years ago people saying Facebook was a fad that would eventually die out. Yet it grows stronger. After all, it is 11 years old.

It really never did live. I never heard anyone talk about adding them to google plus. Google thought they could take on Facebook and they lost.

i guess only time will tell, but i can't see what facebook gives other than a way to sign up to services such as tinder and their messenger app. i remember when facebook first become really big, i didn't sign up for a few years but everyone i knew was on it, and they were on it for their whole evenings, posting everything and playing games, being social. I'm at the age now where it seems everyone i'm close to is getting engaged, married or having kids. Barely anything is posted for these events. a marriage i want to 3 weeks ago i've not seen one photo on facebook. Someones kid had a few photos when it was first born and nothing since. From my experience facebook has become a casual newsfeed filled only with things your friends share about "fun" silly stories.

the thing is i don't think google ever wanted to directly compete against facebook. google+ wall was competing against facebook, but google+ is more than just a wall, however i think making the wall so prominent people got the wrong impression of what it was trying to be.

I thought it was frightening lurking old school friends on Facebook a few days ago that I didn't know were on. The amount that were once gorgeous looking 15 - 18 girls that now look like ones that sleep around and very haggard. As well as the amount of makeup they wear that they look so oily/smeary and the amount of weight they have put on. Broken marriages, 2 - 4 kids. Selfie obsessed. Just about every bit of detail filled in about their whole life.
To be honest it looked more like what you'd see at the horse racing events.

Let alone the guys, the majority that are bald or fine traces of hair left and let their physique go. The thing I'm shocked at the most is how the majority of them have ended up working for the council since they left school. Or some that became teachers.

The majority of them from their Facebook feeds sound very happy miserable? I can't see how that is possible. I find it bizarre the ones that done well in school appear to have had crummy lives. Only the few guys that I saw have ended up working with Hewlett-Packard and such and they aren't the ones showing off on Facebook with every bit of detail on them.

Once again from the information they've given about themselves, over 40 people searching through… What is it with these people listing every TV series, soaps, reality shows that they must list. I thought it was truly frightening the amount of information on them.

Scary how accurate this film is.

My experience with FB sounds pretty similar to yours :p

I closed my account about 6 months ago, after having barely used it for the preceding year.

The people with crap lives seem to spend every waking moment posting things to show how great their lives are, meanwhile, the people with great lives are too busy enjoying their lives to post on FB :p

I saw it as a virus the moment they started ramming it down my throat. I might have been and was initially interested but now try to find the nearest exit button when I see the logo in case it's trying force me to send out emails to people I know saying I like Google+ and disclose my you tube favourites.
