Google Earth Mobile

Sorry to bring this old thread up again. I am pratting around with this on my mobile and i am wondering if it caches the information downloaded?

Also if there a way so that it sets a default location or for it automatically to go where you are?
 
Cool program, sweet as a nut on my k800i...very quick and smooth at downloading. Thank god for tmobiles web n walk tariff :p....
 
its very unlikely you will be able to store the entire data on the phone, most phones have a maximum JAR size and maximum RMS (java memory you can read and write to) and its usually designed for a few highscores or whatnot.

you are almost certanly downloading data as you go without caching
