Googlemail is great - until you get a problem accessing it. Google's end user support seems to be based on the principle that you get the support you pay for. Zilch.
I'm not convinced that it should ever be used for any business mail as the data is constantly mined by Google for their advertising services. Maybe I'm just a cynical old git, but Google and Trust are two words which don't sit together very well for me.
