Google map art.

I want to discuss, I spend hours + hours on Google Earth.
My fave is http://maps.live.com and it has made part of my job way easier.
I have 100+ student postcodes and 75+ placement postcodes all attached into it so I can easily see where I can send them.
I can't calculate how much time I've saved.

I also have all the pubs I gig at attached into it - http://maps.live.com/?v=2&encType=1&cid=6AFAC9A31684BE!283

How good is that?
 
live map show 2 different sets of bird eyed views, 1's in the summer 08 and the other is in the winter

I do now :)
Have you any idea how long it took me to get 100+ students into 75+ placements all over the City Of Stoke and make sure they are no further than 3 miles from a placement?
I'd sit there for hours on end with A to Z's plus other resources and that magic program on the web has solved all my problems so I can spend extra time messing about with other stuff.
I'm then able to very quickly work out a placement visit route and email the Live Map to other colleagues.
Truly awesome.
