google play app, no devices section?

Is it just me or does the play app just not show the devices section at all?

Not just you, the play app has never had a devices section.

If you go onto the web version of PlayStore in the device section. And then allow it to open the app, it will open PlayStore and then close it and return to the device section in the web version.
