Google preview is wrong

Using Google preview on firefox and for some reason, my site still shows a thumbnail from around 4-5 months ago.

Any ideas how i update this?

Google crawls my site and has my latest news articles but with the wrong thumbnail.

Mine appears mega-old too.

Right click on the result and click request update?
