just seen this on their homepage, dont know if its been posted before

clicky
includes firefox, norton (with 6 onths free subs), adobe etc, quite good for people new to pcs

Would not touch it with a barge pole, norton is a PC killer, loads far too many threads, the toolbars are a waste of space and the rest ... well you can get better alternatives...

but for the first time pc user/average pc user, they wouldnt be concerned with memory usage as theyd be using it for word/msn/internet mainly

Not worth...apart from picasa 2 which would make viewing photos easier for people.

Norton...no way, not even with 6 months free...Fly past 6 months, you will either be asked to pay up or no updates. Better to install AVG in the first place and not having to face hassle in 6 months.

That Norton is also the out of date 2005 version and doesn't pick up on dangerous keyloggers. I would avoid it myself, even for a new PC user.

google toolbar for firefox is good as you can replace the search box with it. the only bad thing is you cant add other search engines

thus making the searchbox 10x better!
